It is something that can be seen in the way that she walks, eats, drives, showers, and sleeps. It can be felt in the way that she loves and cares for herself and everyone around her. Yoga has improved her life in every aspect; not just in her physical practice. Brittany's goal is to not only provide creative classes that enhance the physical practice, but to also provide the ability for students to leave the studio and practice yoga in their daily routine as well. With Ashtanga inspired asana and Iyengar alignments; Anatomy, Ayurveda, Philosphy, Pranayama, Mantras & Meditation were also focused on.
